Netmarble’s Seven Knights Re:BIRTH just moved into part two of its Demon Slayer collab, and if you’ve been putting off logging in, this is the week to do it. The crossover runs through October 29, 2026, and the second half adds two more Demon Slayer heroes on top of the free one you could already be training.
What happened
The Seven Knights Re:BIRTH x Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba collaboration launched October 1 and splits into two two-week chunks. Part 1 ran October 1 through October 15 and handed every player Tanjiro Kamado as a straight-up day-one login reward, no gacha pulls required, alongside Zenitsu Agatsuma through limited-time Pick Up Summons. Part 2 kicked off October 15 and carries through to the event’s close on October 29, bringing in Giyu Tomioka and Shinobu Kocho. Nezuko Kamado also joins as a Legendary pet you can earn just by playing through the event period, not by paying for her.
The event also brought Infinity Castle, a floor-climbing challenge mode built on the game’s existing Infinity Tower structure, plus Akaza showing up as a boss in dedicated Event Challenge Stages. Pre-registering through Netmarble’s collab page before the event started also handed out 10 Demon Slayer summon tickets, which is a nice chunk of extra pulls if you got in early.
Why it matters
Seven Knights Re:BIRTH launched globally back in September 2025 as a remake of Netmarble’s long-running Seven Knights series, with crossplay between mobile and PC. A year later, a licensed anime collab at this scale, four full weeks, five characters, a new mode, is the kind of push publishers usually save for a game they’re trying to keep relevant rather than let coast. Demon Slayer crossovers tend to pull in players who’ve never touched the base game just to grab a free Tanjiro, and Netmarble clearly knows that giving away the headline character on day one is the cheapest way to get people to open the app again.
It’s also worth noting none of the five Demon Slayer characters require spending money to obtain at least one copy. Tanjiro is a pure login reward and Nezuko is earned through play, which is a friendlier structure than collabs that lock every new character behind a banner.
How to get in on it
If you want Tanjiro, you needed to log in during Part 1, so check your mailbox or event history screen first since Netmarble sometimes backfills missed login rewards for a few days after a phase ends. For Part 2, just keep playing through October 29 to work toward Nezuko, and watch the Pick Up Summons banner for Giyu and Shinobu if you’re planning to spend any gems or paid currency on pulls. The game is available on iOS (15.0+) and Android (8.0+) through the App Store and Google Play, plus PC via the Netmarble Launcher if you’d rather play on a bigger screen with the same progress synced over.
FAQ
Do I need to have played Seven Knights before to get the Demon Slayer characters?
No. Tanjiro comes from simply logging in during the event, and new accounts can jump in and start working toward Nezuko right away since she’s earned through normal play rather than through veteran-only content.
When does the Seven Knights Re:BIRTH Demon Slayer collab end?
The full collaboration, both parts, wraps up on October 29, 2026.
Are you pulling for Giyu or Shinobu before this collab wraps up, or just grabbing the free characters and moving on? Let me know in the comments.

A free day-one Tanjiro with no strings attached is the kind of collab I actually respect, even in a game I haven’t touched before.
